Practical interpretation of ISO/IEC 17025

In an inspiring way explanation is given about all requirements (and interpretations) of the ISO standard and how requirements can be fulfilled in a pragmatic way. From their broad knowledge and experience the teachers will do this based on the laboratory workflow which is readily recognized by the participants. In this way the participants will immediately see the benefits of a quality system.

With an effective quality system the laboratory can generate valid test- and/or calibration results on a continuous basis, without ending in bureaucratic processes.

By focussing on the common sense, the requirements of the standard can easily be dealt with.
